What is a potent power day?
It's a one-day VIP-style offering where we work can work on any strategic initiative in your business.

For this CX potent power day, we'll work together to build your dream customer experience and identify the supporting tech stack you need. We'll help you deliver an outstanding experience across the board and provide your team with the tools they need to consistently deliver that Michelin-level experience every single time.
When can I schedule my potent power day?
We'll sit through an initial 25-minute no-commitment intro session for us to strategize on the best way to approach your Potent Power Day. If we're a good fit and you determine I can provide swoon-worthy results for your business, then we'll go ahead and book a kickoff session and your Potent Power Day during our intro call.
How many customer experience maps can I expect to get out of a CX potent power day?
We use a kick-ass process that allows us to create up to 3 complete customer journey maps in one day. The number of maps we're able to complete is dependent on the speed at which we're able to progress. Don't worry, I'll send more details ahead of time to make sure we have everything we need to hit the ground running and be as productive as possible within the 8-hour day.

I also complete tons of important pre-work to understand your business and customers before the potent power day. This allows us to skip the introductory small talk and dive right in.
What is the process after the potent power day is done?
We'll assemble the notes from our discussions, digitize and clean our maps, and deliver an assemble of tech tools and process recommendations to help you with implementation or up-skill your team so your business is able to consistently deliver the intended exceptional customer experience we lay out.
Who is a CX potent power day for?

Is this really an introductory price? If so, why is it so affordable?
The introductory price for this service is to help us build a solid system for consistent customer mapping execution. You'll get everything we'll be offering future customers, but at a special rate just for being an early adopter of the service in this one-day format.
What is the payment cycle for the payment plan?
Milestone payments make it so that instead of attaching future payments to dates that may or may not change, they're attached to key milestones in our collaboration. For potent power days x3 payments, the payment schedule is as follows:

Payment 1 due at kickoff call scheduling.
Payment 2 due 24-hours before potent power day date.
Payment 3 due before delivery of final assets (usually delivered within 7 business days).

What do I get in the post-session follow-up calls?
Post session follow up calls are a gratitude bonus for being one of the first to book a strategic intensive day! Future potent day collaborators will need to pay an additional fee for ongoing support.

That said– these follow up calls will be two 60-minute calls where you will get support with implementation, address any cultural or technical gaps you're encountering, and talk through anything else you might be experiencing with implementation.

Please note, both calls have to be redeemed within 90 days after our strategic intensive session. When or how you use them is totally up to you.
I already have a customer journey map, could I still benefit from a potent power day?
Absolutely! A potent power day can help you refine and optimize your current map, as well as identify new opportunities for improvement. Plus, we can use the space totally nerd out about potential moments of delight, and whether, based on your business and offering, we need to systematize personalization.

With this service, you'll also get tech stack and process recommendations to support consistent delivery of your customer experience.
What if I'm not tech-savvy? Will I still be able to get the most out of this service?
No problem at all. The potent power day and all of Get Scrategy by Scrap Strategies services are designed to be accessible. They aim to meet you and your team where you are. I'll guide you through the process and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. Plus, we'll provide recommendations for marketing and CX tech tools that are specific to your business and the folks within them. Which means, if you don't have advanced technical skills, trust me, we'll find work arounds.

The most impactful thing you can do for your experience is practice empathy– and that's a human thing. All the other tech stuff can be figured out.
Can I bring my team to the potent power day?
PLEASE DO! Although not required, it's highly recommended that you bring your team along. This can help ensure that everyone is on the same page and aligned around your customer experience goals. Having them present will get us closer to the most accurate customer experience, get more buy-in on the process, and allow us to tackle experience valleys in real time.

Plus, we can provide recommendations for up-skilling your team after the intensive day, so they have the tools they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Getting to know them beforehand would definitely be a bonus.
What happens after the potent power day?
After our potent power day is done, my team will assemble the notes from our discussions, digitize and clean our maps, and deliver an series of tech tools and process recommendations to help you with implementation or up-skill your team so your business is able to consistently deliver the intended exceptional customer experience we lay out.
