It's a one-day VIP-style offering where we work together to build your dream customer experience and identify the supporting tech stack you need. When can I schedule a strategic intensive day?
As soon as you select your payment option, you'll be prompted to schedule both your kickoff call and strategic intensive day.
How many customer experience maps can I expect to get out of a strategic intensive day?
We use a kick-ass process that allows us to create up to 3 complete customer journey maps in one day. The number of maps is dependent on the speed at which we're able to move. Don't worry, I'll send more details ahead of time to make sure we have everything we need to hit the ground running.

I also complete tons of important pre-work to understand your business and customers before the strategic intensive day. This allows us to skip the fundamentals small talk and dive right in.
What is the process after the strategic intensive day is done?

What is the payment cycle for the payment plan?
Milestone payments make it so that instead of attaching future payments to dates that may or may not change, they're attached to key milestones in our collaboration. For the strategic intensive x3 payments, the payment schedule is as follows:

Payment 1 due at kickoff and strategic intensive day scheduling.
Payment 2 due before strategic intensive date.
Payment 3 due before delivery of final assets (usually delivered within 7 business days).

What do I get in the post-session follow-up calls?
Post session follow up calls are a gratitude bonus for being one of the first to book a strategic intensive day! They will be two 60-minute calls where you will get support with implementation, address any cultural or technical gaps you're encountering, and talk through anything else you might be experiencing with implementation.

Please note, both calls have to be redeemed within 60 days after our strategic intensive session. When or how you use them is totally up to you.
I already have a customer journey map, do I still need a strategic intensive day?
Absolutely! A strategic intensive day can help you refine and optimize your current map, as well as identify new opportunities for improvement. Plus, we can totally nerd out about potential moments of delight, and whether, based on your business and offering, we need to systematize personalization.

With this service, you'll also get tech stack and process recommendations to support consistent delivery of your customer experience.
What if I'm not tech-savvy? Will I still be able to get the most out of this service?
No problem at all. The strategic intensive day is designed to be accessible and meet you and your team where you are. I'll guide you through the process and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. Plus, we'll provide recommendations for marketing and CX tech tools that are specific to your business and the folks within them. Which means, if you don't have advanced technical skills, trust me, we'll find work arounds.

The most impactful thing you can do for your experience is practice empathy– and that's a human thing. All the other tech stuff can be figured out.
Can I bring my team to the strategic intensive day?
PLEASE DO! Although not required, it's highly recommended that you bring your team along. This can help ensure that everyone is on the same page and aligned around your customer experience goals. Having them present will get us closer to the most accurate customer experience, and allow us to tackle experience valleys in real time.

Plus, we can provide recommendations for up-skilling your team after the intensive day, so they have the tools they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Getting to know them beforehand would definitely be a bonus.

After the intensive day is done, my team will assemble the notes from our discussions, digitize and clean our maps, and deliver an assemble of tech tools and process recommendations to help you with implementation or up-skill your team so your business is able to consistently deliver the intended exceptional customer experience we lay out. Additionally, you'll receive two post-session follow-up calls to support with implementation and talk through any technical gaps you're experiencing, as well as my forever love and support.
